Certo uses the information you submit through this website to answer requests, coordinate demonstrations and improve our digital experience. We do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the fields you provide, such as your name, work email, company, phone number and the operational context you choose to share.

How we use it

• Respond to your request and coordinate a conversation.
• Understand which Certo products are relevant to your operation.
• Protect the website and measure aggregate usage.

Analytics and consent

Optional Google Analytics storage follows the preference shown on the website. First-party aggregate page counters do not store identifiers, IP addresses or form content.

Service providers

Demo form submissions are processed by Certo Growth (our CRM). Website hosting and aggregate counters use Google Firebase. These providers act under their own security and privacy commitments.

Certo Growth and Google user data

The Certo Growth application (growth.certo.team) can, at the user's request, connect the user's Google Calendar. When the connection is authorized, Certo accesses the user's calendar list and events, plus the account email and identifier (openid) solely to identify the connected account.

We use this information to keep meetings and dated tasks synchronized in both directions between the CRM agenda and the user's calendar. Certo creates, updates or deletes only the events the user creates from Certo or chooses to sync. The data is stored encrypted and used only to provide this feature. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, never use it to train AI models, and do not share it with third parties other than the infrastructure providers (Google Cloud) required to run the service.

Users can revoke access at any time from Certo Growth → Integrations → Google Calendar, or from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnect, access tokens are deleted immediately and calendar data is removed within 30 days.

Certo Growth's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
