Scope

These terms govern access to and use of certo.team, its product pages and public resources. Use of Certo applications is governed by the agreements signed with each customer.

Informational content

The website describes Certo in general terms. Final capabilities, service levels, pricing, implementation and commercial conditions are established in the applicable proposal and agreement. We work to keep the content accurate but may correct or update it without prior notice.

Third-party usage

Unless a proposal or agreement expressly states otherwise, WhatsApp messages and conversations, SMS, phone numbers and minutes, carrier charges, and other variable provider usage are not included in the license price. When Certo pays them on the customer's behalf, they are billed at the provider's actual invoiced cost, with no Certo markup.

Permitted use

You may view, share and cite public content with attribution. You may not use the website to compromise its security, disrupt availability, impersonate Certo or present our brand and content as your own.

Intellectual property

Certo's marks, designs, text, diagrams and materials belong to their respective owners. No content grants a license to represent affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement without written authorization.

External links and services

The website may link to third-party services. Certo does not control their content or policies and is not responsible for changes or interruptions in those services.

Optional integrations between Certo products and third-party services (for example, Google Calendar or Google Chat) are also subject to those providers' terms. Users can disconnect them at any time from the product settings; how that data is handled is described in the privacy notice.

Availability and liability

The website is provided for informational purposes and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or external causes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Certo is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content.
