About Certo

Certo is a product of Boldr AI · Central America.

What Certo is

Certo is a family of operations products with three modules: people (People Operations), procurement (Procure) and growth (Growth). Each module works on its own, with one record per person, supplier or customer inside the module, effective-dated changes and a record of who changed what and when. Growth, People Operations and Procure are separate products in the Certo family. People Operations and Growth use your Certo account and Procure has its own sign-in; they do not share organizations, permissions or data. Procure uses Certo central billing.

Who is behind it

Certo is built by Boldr AI, a product and engineering team based in Central America that works with complex operations: BPOs, contact centers and multi-site, multi-entity organizations, across Latin America and beyond. The product grew out of that experience: a trusted roster first, then automation and AI with controls.

Who it is for

  • People operations with hundreds or thousands of workers across several sites and legal entities.
  • Procurement teams that need control before money leaves: request, approval, order, receipt, invoice and payment.
  • Sales teams that want an explainable pipeline with a verifiable history per deal.

Products and pricing

  • People Operations: master roster, WFM, HCM and Mi Certo. Published plans per active employee per month.
  • Procure: governed purchasing from request to payment. Published Base, Total and Enterprise plans.
  • Growth: CRM and sales pipeline. Published Free, Start, Pro, Scale and Enterprise plans.
  • Data Readiness & Governance: data diagnostics and remediation before onboarding.

Security and deployment

Certo runs on Google Cloud. Every module runs on Certo Cloud; People Operations can also be deployed, on request, in the customer’s GCP project (Certo BYOC). See Security and Deployment options.
