Certo is a modular operations platform. It connects people (People Operations), procurement (Procure) and growth (Growth) on one governed record: a single identity per person, supplier or customer, effective-dated changes and a complete audit trail of who changed what, when and why.

Who is behind it

Certo is built by Boldr AI, a product and engineering team based in Central America that works with complex operations —BPOs, contact centers, multi-site and multi-entity organizations— across Latin America and beyond. The product grew out of that experience: a trusted roster first, then automation and AI with controls.
