Certo Growth · the sales module of the Certo operations platform

Every renewal has a date, an owner and a 90-day head start.

Leads enter a pipeline with stages, the proposal is accepted online and the contract warns 90 days before it expires. All on the same company record.

Free to start, per user after that, with proposals accepted online. Certo Intelligence follows up and warns 90 days ahead, but never signs or discounts.

What changes: the renewal conversation starts with a three-month head start and the proposal that was actually accepted.

Certo Intelligence follows up on the proposal and warns 90 days ahead · it never signs or discounts

What you can now answer
  • Which renewals expire in 90 days, and what are they worth?
  • Which proposals have gone 15+ days without a reply?
  • Which accounts are growing, and which are cooling off?

Four things that stop happening.

With one record per company, from lead to renewal, the sales team stops rebuilding the story every time.

BeforeLeads in inboxes

Every lead enters a pipeline with stages and an owner. If someone goes on vacation, the deal does not leave with them.

BeforeProposals as versioned PDFs

The proposal is sent and accepted online. The accepted version is the only one that exists.

BeforeRenewals discovered late

Every contract has a term and a 90-day alert. The task to prepare the renewal creates itself.

BeforeAccounts without an owner

Every company has an owner, contacts and recorded activity. Anyone can pick up the conversation.

Certo Intelligence

Agents follow up and warn in time. People negotiate and sign.

Certo Intelligence flags proposals without a reply, creates the renewal task 90 days ahead and summarizes each account's history with its sources. The account owner decides what to offer and at what price.

It never signs, discounts or moves stages on its own. A person does that.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need People Operations or Procure to use Growth?

No. Growth works on its own. If you activate other suites, they share users, permissions and organizational structure.

How much does Certo Growth cost?

Pricing is public: Free US$0, Start US$13, Pro US$29 and Scale US$49 per user per month. Minimums of 3, 5 and 10 seats apply; annual billing is discounted and Enterprise is tailored. See the details under Plans and pricing.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need; the change applies to your billing and to the limits and features of the plan you choose.

Can I import my current information?

Yes. Companies, contacts and deals can be loaded from CSV or XLSX with mapping and validation before publishing.

Does Growth integrate with email and calendar?

Yes. Email and calendar integration is available from the Pro plan, capturing activity and upcoming commitments alongside the deal.

If I downgrade, do I lose my data?

No. Your records (companies, contacts, deals, proposals, contracts and custom fields) are preserved. Some higher-plan features may become limited, but your information stays available.

How is it different from a generic CRM?

Flexible pipelines and fields without plan restrictions, a verifiable deal history and data that can connect to procurement and people.
