People Operations, Procure and Growth are contracted and operated separately. Plans determine capabilities; the deployment model determines where each module runs and how responsibilities are assigned.

Narrow connections. Growth, People Operations and Procure are separate products in the Certo family. People Operations and Growth use your Certo account and Procure has its own sign-in; they do not share organizations, permissions or data. Procure uses Certo central billing.

One contractual decision. Security, operations, and procurement agree on the model before implementation.

One path to scale. Start in Certo Cloud and evaluate BYOC for People Operations if your requirements change.
